With a knack for visual storytelling and a deep love for the outdoors, Jilly is the visual media specialist at Winter Park Resort, where she captures the spirit of the resort's brand through photography and videography. Her work spans content production, vendor management and creative strategy—helping shape the resort’s brand through narrative-driven visual content and campaign visuals. Whether she’s on snow filming all over the mountain, crafting emotionally rich brand stories, or collaborating with athletes, guests and coworkers, Jilly brings a playful, human-centered approach to every project.

Before joining Winter Park, Jilly served as the Photography and Marketing Coordinator at Wilderness Voyageurs, a national rafting and biking outfitter. There, she managed marketing strategy across content creation, email campaigns, and social media, while also leading a team of photographers and creators who captured the rush of whitewater and the joy of adventure travel in Ohiopyle, Pennsylvania.

Previously, she worked as a snowboard instructor at Aspen Snowmass and Purgatory Ski Resort, sharing her knowledge and passion with new riders. Teaching offered a balance of recharging in the mountains and investing in her own progression—both as a rider and a creative working in the outdoor industry.

Earlier in her career, Jilly thrived at The Backpackers Shop in Cleveland, Ohio, where she produced digital content across the website, social platforms, and email marketing. Her storytelling instincts helped showcase gear, share tips, and grow a community of Midwest outdoor enthusiasts.

Jilly’s passion for visual communication started in journalism, where she used her camera to tell powerful local stories—celebrating community, surfacing challenges, and recognizing the impact visuals can have in connecting people at the Sandusky Register in Ohio.

Across every chapter, Jilly is driven by a commitment to help people feel at home in the outdoors. Whether she’s creating visual narratives in the Rockies, capturing the energy of a whitewater rapid, or shaping digital stories that inspire adventure, Jilly continues to build work that connects humans to with authenticity, playfulness, and heart.
